C & P Developers is a family run property developing company based in Paphos, Cyprus. We specialise in building small projects in the most select areas of Paphos. All projects are designed and built to a very high standard and all work is carried out by highly skilled tradesmen. All building work is overseen/managed by Mr Pambos Andreou, who co-owns the company with his brother-in-law, Mr Costas Pentaliotis. Pambos has over 25 years experience in the building profession and is a perfectionist whose attention to detail is almost fanatical
Costas is the people person and deals with all the beaurocracy and paperwork here. He has excellent English so there are no misunderstandings or problems with the local language and laws, and he will even take you to the shop to pick out your tiles or kitchen units if required.
Our projects can be bought off-plan, where the purchaser is able to choose various fixtures and fittings such as tiles, colours, pool shape and to some extent even the design of the villa. Our Architect is an English speaking Cypriot lady, who is more than happy to listen to and advise on any changes you may want to make. Villas can also be bought fully completed, where all you have to do is simply unpack your bags to live your dream.
