With the financial support from the Cyprus Tourist Organisation, the Forestry department has created 48 paths or trails which cover a total distance of 200 kms in various parts of the island, from Cavo Greko at teh Southeastern end to Akamas in the West.
So many, unspoilt areas in Cyprus offer unforgettable hiking experiences to Nature Walkers. Special hiking excursions can be organised by the sightseeing Tour Operators. A special leaflet on these Nature Trails can be obtained from all CTO offices in Cyprus and abroad.
