Pomos - Polis area Pomos is a very quaint village which is located about 500 m from Sun Camero. Hectic is unknown to the hospitable residents. Typical Cypriot tavernas and restaurants offer excellent local (fish) cuisine at reasonable prices, Pomos is a little oasis of cafes. A post office, a bank and a small supermarket can all be found here. There are many natural sand and gravel beaches in and around Pomos, waiting to be discovered.
This attractive fishing village is on the hilly north coast flanked by Pomos Point, a small but sharp-edged peninsula jutting into the sea.
